Your Diet Can Lead To Insomnia (Lack Of Sleep)

Insomnia, also known as sleeplessness, is a sleep disorder in which people have trouble sleeping.

The dietary culprit triggering the insomnia was the highly processed foods that contain larger amounts of refined sugars that aren’t found naturally in food.”

Diet high in refined carbohydrates particularly added sugars is linked to a higher risk of insomnia. This, at least, appears to be the case among females aged 50 and over.

So Let’s remember to cut down the amount of processed food
