The world has never faced a hunger emergency like this, experts say.

It could double the number of people facing acute hunger to 80 million by the end of this year.

It is estimated that more than 25 million Nigerians are facing hunger in Nigeria amid this pandemic.

When you see people collapse in public don’t think it is the CoronaVirus but the hungervirus.

Recently, i heard of a woman who has three kids and she couldn’t feed them properly as the pandemic has ruined so many people’s source of income. On a bad day, her whole children were so hungry that it is unbearable they have to disturb their mom, she had nothing to give them and they kept on disturbing so she thought of giving them sleeping medicine so she can go and find food, she did it and they slept off.

When she was back, her three children all die from their sleep because the hunger was so severe.

Ok we heard of that one but what of those we haven’t heard of, million of families in Nigeria are crying of hunger this moment and we are all here fighting covid 19 when something killing faster than it is not paid attention to.

Nigeria government should look into this and decrease the rate of hunger in Nigeria, because this ugly situation is rapidly increasing everyday and can result to an economic crash.
