10 Things Every Lady Must Attain Before Age 30

The dream of every lady is to be an independent woman. By the time she is sixteen she starts to conjure up so many fantasies in her head. In the diary of a girl, life moves so fast she hardly realises she has reached the triple decade. However there are certain things every lady should achieve before marking her 30th birthday.

1. A Good education – Education here is not the formal University education; however by education, we refer to a trade, business or employment that she can rely on – The purpose is to ensure she doesn’t rely on a man for all her daily needs or petty cash. She should be able to take care of herself at least.

2. Full sexual education – By this age, every lady should have acquired every possible knowledge of sex, and sex education to a standard that she can teach her offspring, relatives, and community same.

3. Mastery in cooking – If by 30 a female cannot prepare a wonderful, tasty meal (even if it’s her local dishes) then something is wrong – she doesn’t have to be a professional cook, but she should be able to ‘wow’ her friends, relatives and lover (if any) once a while or every time.

4. A confidence outlook – At 30, every lady should be bold; she should be able to address anyone, walk into any space e.g. into a classroom where only boys are no matter their numbers, if the need arises.

5. A sense of discipline – Every lady at this age should have laid for herself solid principles, no late night, no sex on first date, no this or no that – this vary from one lady to the other, but be ready to live by your principle irrespective of peer or social pressure.

6. Menstrual Attainment – That’s funny right? – Well if you haven’t seen your period at 30, you’re in serious problem already.

7. A trusted adviser – Unlike guys who can just talk to anyone to get advice, every lady needs at least one person she can run to – we talked about using the social media for this purpose in No 6 above; but social media won’t solve all, there is going to be that once when she has to talk to someone; so get a trusted person NOW.

8. A home (away from parent’s home) – Preferably that place should be her husband’s house but in any situation where is has no plan to settle anytime soon; she should get a decent but not too expensive accommodation of her own.

9. Sound religious indoctrinatiom – Not everyone would agree to this, but its common saying to hear people talk about the power of the praying wife and the influence it has on her immediate family…. if the ladies don’t agree, every guy must agree; we all need one.

10. A fighting spirit: A woman’s journey in life is far and filled with stones. A woman must aquire a fighting spirit if she is to move ahead in life. By fighting spirit I do not mean being aggressive but having the calmness to wade through difficult challenge with poise.

How old are you? Do you see yourself as being a successful woman? Going through all these points which of them are you presently struggling with? It is important for a woman to always develop herself inwardly and outwardly.

How to prevent grey hair

The age at which you start to gray is determined by your genes, so there’s not much you can do about it. Making a few lifestyle changes, however, can help you keep your color for as long as possible before it eventually gives way to silver. That first ashen strand might seem like the beginning of the end, but of course you never really have to go gray if you don’t want to like millions of others, you can always bring back your color with dye.

1. Take good care of your hair

While unhealthy hair doesn’t turn gray any sooner than healthy hair, unhealthy hair is more likely to fall out. When new hair grows back in, it often has less pigment than the original hair, especially as you start to get older. Think about how you can change your hair care routine to keep your hair strong and undamaged so it won’t fall out.

2. Stop or avoid smoking.

If you’re a smoker and you’re concerned about going gray, it’s one of many good reasons to take measures to stay away from cigarettes starting right now.
Smoking also causes hair to look prematurely dull and brittle. Damaged hair can fall out more easily than healthy hair.
Smoking also ages your skin prematurely and may even make its color look off (in some cases even the persons skin will turn gray).

Smoking furthermore ruins your teeth making them weak, lose color, causes gum disease as well as enamel damage and will cause premature loss of teeth.

3. Use egg oil

Egg oil is extracted from egg yolks, massage your scalp twice a week with egg oil and leave it on overnight. Egg oil contains anti-oxidant xanthophylls like lutein and zeaxanthin which arrest premature aging (graying) of hair and even reverses early stage grey hair. A tip for leaving it overnight is to cover your bed with a plastic sheet; it may be uncomfortable but it saves a ton of time when you want to clean your bed

4. Get enough vitamins

One of the ways to prevent gray hairs is by taking multivitamins including Vitamin B12, Vitamins (including B12) are essential for hair and skin health. When you have a deficiency, your hair can prematurely begin to lose some of its pigment or even fall out (it may fall out if you have a zinc deficiency), making you gray or bald (you’d want to avoid both). Vitamins are found in animal products such as beef, fish, eggs and chicken, as well as fruits, vegetables, nuts, and dairy.
Consider taking multivitamin supplements if you’re concerned about going gray too early, especially if you suspect that you aren’t consuming enough beneficial vitamins and micronutrients through your diet. Vegans should pay special attention to their B12 intake, through supplementation if necessary. Vegetarians can get B12 from milk and egg products.

5. Stay Natural

Many women and men love their gray hair and letting it grow in as it naturally does. Instead of trying to hide it, why not be proud of your hair? Gray hair can be just as eye-catching as any other color if you style it in a way that shows the world you’re still in the game. To keep it looking bright and healthy, look for shampoos, conditioners and other hair products designed especially for gray or white hair.

You can also use dye(permanent dyes).

7 Things The World Richest People Never Do

7 Things The World Richest People Never Do

Our habits tend to define who we are. If you make it a point to drive recklessly every day, nobody will be surprised when you eventually get into a traffic accident. This seems obvious to us. Yet the financial equivalent of this principle, tolerating bad monetary habits on a regular basis until you’re driven into poverty, seems less obvious.

For the most part, the richest people in the world didn’t get to their position overnight. They didn’t stumble into money, and it wasn’t given to them as a gift. They accumulated it, and continue to maintain it, as a direct result of their daily habits and their underlying philosophies.

These are seven things you’ll never catch the world’s richest people doing:
1. Playing the lottery. The lottery comes with a bold promise: a chance to win more money than you’d ever know what to do with. But the odds of winning are astronomically low, and logically, you have a far better chance of creating your own wealth than getting lucky and winning someone else’s. The world’s wealthiest people had no interest in taking chances; instead, they chose to forge their own paths, and as a result, they worked harder, and saw more tangible results. Plus, remember that instant wealth means nothing if you don’t know how to manage it–countless lottery winners found themselves bankrupt shortly after winning because they splurged or managed it poorly.
2. Hoping for better outcomes. There’s nothing inherently wrong with hope; it’s a positive emotion that leads us to more optimistic lives. But for the world’s richest people, hope isn’t nearly enough. Hope doesn’t solve problems. It doesn’t create opportunities. It doesn’t change anything. If you want to move past a certain chapter of your life, or achieve a certain outcome, you have to move beyond hoping and start taking action. Only through initiated, meaningful changes will you be able to make any difference. The next time you find yourself in a bad situation and hoping for something better, stop hoping and make a better situation for yourself.
3. Abandoning their goals. Goals are crucial for success; they keep you focused, they help you prioritize, and they lead you to bigger, better things. By some estimates, 80 percent of the world’s richest people make and follow goals regularly. Compare that to only 12 percent of the poor. But it isn’t enough to merely create goals–it’s the process of sticking with them, no matter what, that separates the strong-willed from the weak-willed. If you set your goals sufficiently high, you won’t be able to hit all of them all the time. But instead of giving up when you fail to meet a goal, it’s better to transform or reimagine that goal. Keep making progress.
4. Forgoing self-improvement. Self-improvement is a crucial step in accumulating wealth. People tend to make money based on how valuable they are, and their monetary value stems from their experience, their skills, their expertise, and their familiarity with their respective industries. All these qualities can be meaningfully enhanced through simple, gradual exercises, such as reading the news every day or going out of your way to challenge yourself and build up your skillset. In the words of Richard Branson, “I see life almost like one long university education that I never had–every day I’m learning something new.”
5. Living above their means. When most people fall into debt or find themselves unable to pay the bills, it comes down to one critical mistake; living a lifestyle that requires a greater income than you’re actually receiving. Imagine for a moment you make N250,000 a month, and you pay N150,000 in rent and about N70,000 in other regular expenses. That only leaves you N50,000 leftover–if rent goes up or you have an emergency, you’ll immediately start accumulating debt, which becomes more and more difficult to pay off. The world’s richest people got to where they are and continue to stay there because they live below their means. If they made N250,000 a month, they’d make sure their expenses never went above, for instance, N180,000, leaving an ample N70,000 a month for unanticipated expenses, saving, and investment.

6. Settling for less. Rich people started out with their minds made up. At some point, they decided they were going to be rich someday. They convinced themselves that they deserved to be rich, and they started seeing their lives in different terms because of it. While not necessarily demanding, rich people never settle for less when they know they deserve more. They negotiate. They seek higher salaries. They look for better opportunities. They don’t just accept things and move on; they’re always looking for the best of all possible scenarios.
7. Letting their money sit idle. Last but not least, you’ll never catch one of the world’s wealthiest people keeping money in an idle bank account. You need to make your money work for you by investing it in something–it could be stocks, bonds, mutual funds, real estate, or anything with a proven track record of success. Investing lets your money earn you passive income, which if reinvested creates a powerful system of compounding interest. Otherwise, inflation will continue to rise and your money will actually lose value.

Eliminate these bad habits and reckless decisions from your daily life, and eventually, you’ll find yourself in a much better financial position. Again, there are no shortcuts, so understanding these concepts won’t help you get rich overnight, but they will help you set a long-term course for a much brighter future.
